Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orbitesite provides digital and service-based work (website creation, online store setup, optimization, and maintenance). Because each project is customized, our refund rules are different from physical products.
1. Service Nature
-
All services provided by Orbitesite are custom digital services.
-
No physical products are shipped.
2. Cancellations Before Work Begins
-
If you cancel your order before we start working on your project, you may request a full refund.
-
Work is considered “started” once we have:
-
scheduled your project, and
-
begun design, planning, or technical setup.
-
3. Cancellations After Work Has Started
-
If you cancel after work has started but before delivery of the first draft, we may offer a partial refund, minus the value of work already completed.
-
Once a first version or draft has been delivered, refunds are no longer guaranteed and will be evaluated case by case.
4. Completed Projects
-
Once a project is completed and approved by you (for example, when the website is launched or final files are handed over), no refunds are available.
-
If technical issues occur due to our work, we will correct them at no additional cost within a reasonable period.
5. Ongoing Maintenance Plans
-
For monthly maintenance or support plans, you may cancel at any time.
-
The cancellation will apply to the next billing period. The current paid period is non-refundable.
