Because we do not ship physical products, “delivery” refers to the start, progress, and completion of your digital project.
1. Nature of Our Services

All orders relate to custom digital services, not physical goods.

Delivery is made by providing access to your website, store, files, or online accounts, and by notifying you by email when the work is completed or a milestone is reached.
2. Project Start
Your project will begin when:

Your order and payment are confirmed, and

We have received the necessary information from you (brief, content, accesses, etc.).
If we are missing important details, we will contact you by email at contact@orbitesite.com to complete the information before starting.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown on each service page or communicated in your quote. Typical timelines:

Website Build & Setup: approx. 3–7 business days

Online Store Creation: approx. 4–10 business days

Speed Optimization: approx. 1–3 business days

Maintenance & Security: ongoing service according to the chosen plan
These times are estimates and may vary depending on:

The complexity of the project

The number of pages and requested features

The speed of your feedback and content delivery
If we expect a delay, we will inform you as soon as possible and propose a new delivery date.
4. How We Deliver Your Project
Depending on the service, delivery may include:

Publishing your website or store on your domain or staging URL

Providing login details or admin access (if applicable)

Sending you a link to view the project, a demo, or final files

Email confirmation that the project or milestone is complete
You are responsible for keeping your access details secure and confidential.
5. Client Feedback and Approval
Before final delivery, you will have the opportunity to:

Review the website or store

Request any revisions that are included in your service

Approve the final version
Once you confirm that the work is approved, or once the agreed revision period has ended, the project is considered delivered.
6. Changes and Scope Adjustments
If you request new features or major changes that were not included in the original order or quote, we may:

Adjust the delivery date, and/or

Provide an additional quote for the extra work.
We will always inform you and ask for your approval before proceeding with extra services.
7. Maintenance & Ongoing Services
For ongoing maintenance and security services:

Delivery is continuous over the period covered by your plan.

Tasks such as updates, monitoring, backups or fixes are carried out regularly as described in your plan.

You will receive updates or reports by email, where applicable.
If you cancel your maintenance plan, services will continue until the end of the current paid period.
8. Communication During Delivery
We mainly communicate by email at contact@orbitesite.com or the email address you provide.
Please make sure you check your inbox (and spam folder) regularly during the project so we can progress without delay.
